Butter cheese cake

How to bake butter cheese cake...... 


Butter cake ingredients:
125 g butter, 80 g sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2  large eggs
110 g all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
some almond slices.

Cheese filling ingredients:
150 g cream cheese, 50 g icing sugar
1 eggs
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
    For the cake:
step 1 & 2 for butter cake
1) Mix well butter, sugar and vanilla essence.
  2) Add in egg one at a time and mix well.        

step 3 & 4 for butter cake
3) Sift in flour and baking powder.
   4) Mix well and leave aside.             

    For the cheese filling:
step 5 & 6 for butter cake
5) Mix well cream cheese and icing sugar.
   6) Add in egg and mix well.                         
                
step 7 for butter cake
7) Mix well with corn flour and vanilla essence.

step 8 & 9 for butter cake
8) Pour half butter mixture into the grease mould, then add in cheese filling.
9) Pour the remaining butter mixture on top the cheese filling.                      
                 
step 10 & 11 for butter cake
10) Sprinkle some almond slices on top   
11) Bake at 150 degree C for 50 minutes.
